Hello everyone, I'm Pamela 🙋🏻♀️
I am a registered dietitian in Lebanon and Dubai and one of my greatest pleasure in life is when I see people succeed in changing their lifestyle to achieve their goals and dreams.
Over the past 10 years, acting as clinical dietitian in Lebanon and then head dietitian for 5 clinics across the Lebanese market, I was lucky enough to build personal relationships, share and support 3,200 men, women and children from various backgrounds in their journey to identifying and successfully solving the hidden reasons behind their weight and medical problems.
I have received a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Notre Dame University in 2011, completed a 6-months internship in Notre Dame de Secours and successfully passed the Lebanese Colloquium Exam in 2012 becoming a registered dietitian in Lebanon and then Dubai. And to make sure I provide the best service, and because I believe in continuous education, I’ve acquired certificates in weight management, chronic kidney disease and non-violent communication technics.
I’ve also obtained a Level 3 award HACCP from Highfield awarding body for compliance (UK) to know the safest techniques in food storage and preparation, as well as completed a course in Lebanese and oriental cooking in Al Kafa’at school in order to learn to explore more with food as my husband and I cook regularly and love to explore new tastes and new cuisines.
